Hot-Water Extraction Upholstery Cleaning

This method gently applies warm water and biodegradable detergent to upholstery cushions, then extracts dirt and residue with high-powered suction. Ideal for durable cotton, canvas, and some microfiber fabrics.
Who it’s for: Chairs and sofas used daily, homes with heavy footfall, and fabric types that benefit from a deep, restorative clean.
Drying time: Approximately 4–6 hours, depending on fabric thickness and ventilation.​

Low-Moisture Hand-Tool Cleaning

Using a soft hand-tool applicator and a gentle encapsulation solution, this process lightly agitates fibres without over-wetting. It’s perfect for delicate fabrics like silk, velvet, chenille, and antique upholstery.
Who it’s for: Fine or heritage furniture, items with sensitive dyes, and clients who need a speedy turnaround (dry in 1–2 hours).
Drying time: Typically 1–2 hours with good airflow.

Spot & Stain Removal (Upholstery Add-On)

Ink, coffee, food spills, and pet accidents on upholstery require a nuanced approach. We use fabric-safe enzyme treatments and stain-lifting solutions, always testing in an inconspicuous area first. Once the stain is dissolved, we gently extract any residue—never leaving sticky build-up.
Who it’s for: Homes with children or pets, or any upholstered piece that needs focused stain care.
